NEW Changes for 2025 Season
There are some new changes coming this season
1. Starting Chip Count will be changing this year.
2. League fees have been increased to $250 to join the league
3. There will be a new point system see below for the details
4. Rebuys are now allowed up until the first break see below for details
5. Monthly buy-in have been increased to $35 see below for details
6. There will be no extra fees if you play more than 9 games in the season. Your top 9 points will be taken to determine the chip count in the final
LAYOUT
There will be 1 league game each month starting in December 2024 and the last regular season game being played in September 2025.
The FINAL will be played in November 2025
You will get points for each game you play in, depending on how you finish that month determines the amount of points that you get.
The points will be converted to chips in the final game of the season played in November. The better you do throughout the season, the more chips you will have going into the final game.
Only 9 games will count towards your final chip count. If you play in more than 9 games, your lowest score will be dropped.
FEES
League Registration
$250 ($200 goes to the final pot, $50 goes to administration fees)
Going to try do as much digital transactions as possible (eTransfers)
You must decide if you are joining the league before the 3rd game (May 2026) - Non-Returnable deposit must be made on or before that date.
If you join the league as a member, only you are able to play for your league points and able to play in the final game. There are absolutely no substitutions. Make note of the final game and put it on your calendar.
*Administrative fees go towards website registration, poker timer, food & water. Whatever is left at the end of the year will go toward a final game dinner.
Monthly Fee
$35 for each month ($25 goes to the monthly payout, $10 bounty chip)
PAYOUTS
Monthly Payouts
1-25 players 65% first place, 25% second place, 10% for third place
Over 25 players, 50% first place, 25% for second place, 15% for third place, 10% for fourth place
Your extra $10.00 buys you a bounty chip in the tournament. If you take out a player in that months tournament they will give you their bounty chip. If you take out 3 players, you will get their chips. If you then get taken out, you only have to give 1 chip to the player that takes you out. Each chip is worth $10.00 when you are out.
REBUYS
We are introducing rebuys this year. The way it works, is if you get busted out before the first break. You have the option to buy back into the monthly tournament. Another $35 and you will also get another bounty chip.
For league members, once you get busted out. That will be what position you place for that months tournament for league points. You can buy back in, but you are now just purely playing for that months pot.
Sorry, but we are not going to allow add ons. It would just be too much of a nightmare to try and keep track of for league points.
POINT SYSTEM (New in 2025)
New point structure
SQRT(#Players*Buy-in)/(1+Rank)*250
Example 15 player tournament (Not including rebuys)
1st place – SQRT(15*20)/(1+1)*250 = 2165
7th place – SQRT(15*20)/(1+7)*250 = 541
15th place – SQRT(15*20)/(1+15)*250=271
Final Payouts
The winner of the league (player with the most points) will win their money back.
